These terms apply to your purchase and use of products from isofolder. By placing an order you agree to them.
Our products are digital documentation kits and training materials, supplied as editable template files. They are prepared to help you build a management system that meets the requirements of the relevant standard. You are responsible for customising and implementing them, and for achieving and maintaining any certification.
When you buy a kit, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use and edit the documents within your own organisation, for unlimited internal users. You may not resell, share, sublicense, publish or otherwise redistribute the documents or their content to any third party. Consultants may adapt the documents for their own clients but may not resell them as a template product.
Products are delivered digitally to the email address you provide. To protect the files, we do not keep them on public-facing servers; once your payment is confirmed we send them to you securely, normally within 24 working hours. It is your responsibility to provide a correct email address.
Prices are shown on each product page in the currency stated. Payment is taken securely through our payment provider at the time of order.
The documents and their content remain our intellectual property. Your licence to use them does not transfer ownership.
ISO standards are published by the International Organization for Standardization. isofolder products are independent template products. They are not affiliated with, licensed by, or endorsed by ISO or by any certification body. Any certification-body names shown on the site indicate the audit requirements our documents are written to satisfy.
We provide the documents in good faith and with professional care, but we do not guarantee any particular certification outcome, which depends on how you implement your system and on your certification body. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the products is limited to the amount you paid for them.
