We want to protect the money of our buyers. Our products are digital documentation kits, described in detail on each product page so you know exactly what you are buying before you pay.
If you buy a product and find that it does not match the description given on its product page, you can claim a refund. Our administration team and technical team will investigate the claim, and where it is upheld we process the refund within 7 working days.
Where the material described in the product has been provided as described, no refund claim is taken. Because the files are digital and delivered after payment confirmation, a matching product is treated as delivered in full.
Before making a payment, please make sure the product is described with enough information for you to judge that it is right for you. If you need more information, ask us before you buy and we will provide it. You can also download a free sample document from any kit to check the quality and style first.
If your download does not arrive, a file is corrupted, or you received the wrong product, contact us at [email protected] and we will put it right, by resending your link, replacing the file, or providing the correct product.
Nothing in this policy removes any rights you have under the consumer law that applies to you.
