Privacy & Cookies Policy

Last updated: 28 August 2026

This policy explains how we handle the data you share with us and how we protect it. We understand that the data you share should be protected, so we established this policy to make our process and our intentions clear.

Official website

We are an online seller of ISO and related material and services. Our official website address is www.isofolder.com. We never ask our buyers or customers for confidential information. From sellers and affiliates we require bank account and PayPal details along with legal documents, but we never ask for any PINs, OTPs, or passwords for any account. Data shared with us is kept safe and protected. Even so, we recommend that you always share data carefully.

What data we collect and why

  • Account registration. We collect information such as email addresses and names through registration forms, to create and give access to accounts for our customers, sellers and affiliates. We never collect more than generally, publicly available information.
  • Orders. We collect the details needed to process and deliver your order and to support you. Payment is handled by our payment provider; we do not see or store your full card details.
  • Messages. Anything you send us through the contact form or by email, so we can reply.
  • Comments. When visitors leave a comment we collect the data in the comment form, plus the visitor's IP address and browser user agent, to help with spam detection.

Cookies

If you leave a comment you may opt in to saving your name, email and website in cookies, for your convenience, so you do not have to fill in your details again. If you visit our login page we set a temporary cookie to check whether your browser accepts cookies; it contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser. When you log in we set cookies to save your login and display choices. We also use essential cookies to run the store, and, only with your consent, analytics and advertising cookies. See our Cookie Policy for detail.

Media

If you upload images to the website, avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS), because visitors can download and extract that location data from images on the website.

Embedded content from other websites

Pages on this site may include embedded content such as videos or images. Embedded content from other websites behaves exactly as if you had visited that other website, which may collect data about you, use cookies, and monitor your interaction with that content.

How long we keep your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are kept so we can recognise and approve follow-up comments automatically. For registered users we store the information in their profile, which they can see, edit or delete at any time (except the username). We keep order records for as long as needed to support you and to meet legal and accounting obligations.

Your rights over your data

If you have an account or have left comments, you can ask to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, and you can ask us to erase it. This does not include data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes. To make a request, contact [email protected].

Customer rights and buying with confidence

Before making a payment, please make sure the material you are buying is described with enough information to judge that it is right for you. If a product does not give you enough information, you can ask us for more before you buy. Refunds are covered in our Refund Policy.

Disclaimer and acknowledgment

We never sell any product that is restricted by copyright or that cannot be sold without a licence. We are not affiliated with any organisation such as ISO, and we sell reference material and knowledge-based materials only.
